I often do keynote addresses at all kinds of great places. Summits, conclaves, conferences, off-sites, in-company sessions, talks at colleges and universities.
My keynotes are mostly an hour to two, interactive and fun (at least for me!). Topics are engaging ones ranging from mindfulness to creativity, leadership, emotional intelligence and combinations of these.
Lets just say that these workshops are like a garage for the soul. In the sense that they are places where a lot of change and transformation happens. Places where you can get tinkered with, dents and damages attended to and get even a fresh paint job so that you can emerge with a different and refreshing perspective!

Yoga Body Zen Mind
A 2 day workshop - integrates yoga, chi gong (a Chinese martial art practice), creative visualisation and mindfulness. A journey that takes you deep into yourself. Discovering, unravelling, peeling off and creating new dimensions to your personality through a combination of ancient practices and contemporary thinking. This is a session thats co-facilitated by the wonderful Sheetal Jayaraj a well known and much loved yoga teacher and mindfulness guide who has worked with me for over 15 years now.

I’m so lucky that I get to do a few retreats every year for anywhere from 3-6 days. Each of them is a complete treat and that I get to do them multiple times is I guess why they are called retreats :-)
I’ve done these in different places ranging from the Himalayas to locations like Goa, Bali and Sri Lanka.
Retreats are basically longer workshops which are residential in nature and where the interactions are deeper and more transformative. Participants get to also engage with each other and form lasting bonds and friendships that go well beyond the duration of our time together.
I like them so much that I even decided to build one near Bangalore (yes, you can build a place that's a treat). We’ll be operational soon and you can come and live here for as long as you want.
Yes, its exactly what it means. You can set up a time and we can hangout for a bit at the Dhyaana Cafe & Studio in Bangalore or if I’m visiting your city or even on Google Hangouts. We can talk about anything you want. Or we could just sit in silence and find peace. Whatever works for you.
