I often do keynote addresses at all kinds of great places. Summits, conclaves, conferences, off-sites, in-company sessions, talks at colleges and universities.
My keynotes are mostly an hour to two, interactive and fun (at least for me!). Topics are engaging ones ranging from mindfulness to creativity, leadership, emotional intelligence and combinations of these.
search inside yourself (SIY)
Search Inside Yourself was born at Google from a dream to change the world. It began in 2007 when a team of leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence developed an internal course for fellow Googlers. It quickly became an incredibly popular training program within Google. Interest outside Google was so great that the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) was established in 2012 as an independent nonprofit organization. Since then, Search Inside Yourself has become a globally recognized program and SIYLI continues to work with Google, as well as other corporate, nonprofit and government organizations around the world.
And oh, I'm one of the first SIY certified teachers in India :) Know more!
Lets just say that these workshops are like a garage for the soul. In the sense that they are places where a lot of change and transformation happens. Places where you can get tinkered with, dents and damages attended to and get even a fresh paint job so that you can emerge with a different and refreshing perspective!
Power of Mindfulness
A seven hour workshop that introduces you to the concept of mindfulness and explains it in a contemporary way and with neuroscience to back it up! Mindfulness techniques that you can sit and practice as well as techniques that you can adopt in life. Like mindful showering, driving, eating and listening! So you'll never again have an excuse of 'no time to practice'. Benefits include beating stress, improved emotional intelligence, better health and interpersonal relationships.
A 2 day energy and fun filled workshop based on my upcoming book. The underlying belief here is that every single one of us is creative (just look at kids if you don't believe me). But over time, we develop layers that dull the creative energy in us. In this program, I offer mindfulness based methods to unlock your creative spirit. Great for anyone seeking to bring greater creativity into their work and their lives. Improve your problem solving abilities, become more innovative and creative in life and at work!
Yoga Body Zen Mind
A 2 day workshop - integrates yoga, chi gong (a Chinese martial art practice), creative visualisation and mindfulness. A journey that takes you deep into yourself. Discovering, unravelling, peeling off and creating new dimensions to your personality through a combination of ancient practices and contemporary thinking. This is a session thats co-facilitated by the wonderful Sheetal Jayaraj a well known and much loved yoga teacher and mindfulness guide who has worked with me for over 15 years now.
A 2 day workshop integrating leadership with mindfulness. A powerful, transformative, interactive experience that redefines leadership based on my 'A Leader is a Warrior, a Gardener & a Sweeper' framework (something that I learnt being with some of the best cos in the world). A new age program that shapes a fresh leadership perspective based on equanimity, wisdom, empathy and compassion. Ideal for middle to senior leaders preparing for the next generation of leadership and building great places to work in.
I’m so lucky that I get to do a few retreats every year for anywhere from 3-6 days. Each of them is a complete treat and that I get to do them multiple times is I guess why they are called retreats :-)
I’ve done these in different places ranging from the Himalayas to locations like Goa, Bali and Sri Lanka.
Retreats are basically longer workshops which are residential in nature and where the interactions are deeper and more transformative. Participants get to also engage with each other and form lasting bonds and friendships that go well beyond the duration of our time together.
I like them so much that I even decided to build one near Bangalore (yes, you can build a place that's a treat). We’ll be operational soon and you can come and live here for as long as you want.
Yes, its exactly what it means. You can set up a time and we can hangout for a bit at the Dhyaana Cafe & Studio in Bangalore or if I’m visiting your city or even on Google Hangouts. We can talk about anything you want. Or we could just sit in silence and find peace. Whatever works for you.
Ping me and let's work something out!
